Warranty and Technical Requests
For all warranty or technical support requests, please contact the Nuu Mobile support team on 0333 121 0239 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will assist customers with technical questions and warranty issues while advising on the return and assessment process. Our support team may issue a pre-paid courier for collection of devices requiring assessment.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
NUU Mobile online store offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Any purchase made directly through the NUU Mobile online store for UK or EU customers may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by a “RAN” number (Return Authorisation Number) obtained by calling 0333 121 0239 or emailing email@example.com
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their returns. For your protection, we suggest customers send packages requiring a signature and retain the shipping slip or tracking code for their records when returning a product. Our support team will provide the RAN number and return address.
All returned products must be in “as-new” condition, contain all the accessories and be in the original packaging. The cost of missing accessories will be deducted accordingly. We reserve the right to reject all returns that are not in “as-new” condition. There are no returns on software.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 119 King Henry’s Road, London, GB, NW3 3RB.
